How does AgentCreds actually verify an AI agent?
Our verification process combines automated benchmark testing (structured test scenarios run against the agent) and manual review by our expert team. We monitor the agent in production conditions for 30-90 days, measuring task completion, error rates, response times, hallucination frequency, and integration compatibility. Every verified agent must meet minimum thresholds across all criteria.
Can I request verification for an agent not in your directory?
Yes — submit a verification request and if the builder opts in to the process, we can add their agent to our directory. Our goal is to verify any AI agent, regardless of where it was built.
What happens if an agent fails verification?
The builder receives a detailed failure report with specific areas that need improvement. They can address those areas and resubmit after a 30-day waiting period. Failed agents are listed as "Pending" — they're in the directory but clearly marked as not yet verified.
Is there a one-time verification option for buyers?
Yes — our single verification package at $99 covers one benchmark assessment of an agent against a specific use case. This is ideal for procurement teams evaluating one agent before a large engagement.
How long does verification take?
Standard verification takes 14-21 days. Professional plan members get priority queue access (7-10 days). Enterprise clients can request expedited verification with SLA-backed turnaround (3-5 days).
